Jan Purscelley, Software Trainer with Voice Products Inc. will share the benefits of Computer Assisted Coding post ICD 10 Implementation. Included will be a case study from Covenant Health and actual benefits gained by implementing the latest technology to increase productivity and CMI.
Jan Purscelley has been employed by Voice Products, Inc. since 2007 as the Dolbey Fusion CAC Product Specialist. She also provides training for all recording solutions offered by Voice Products including Dolbey Fusion Voice, Text, and Speech solutions and NICE Public Safety and Call Center solutions.
Jan grew up in the Joplin, MO area and attended Missouri Southern State University. She has 22 years’ experience in medical billing and coding. She previously owned Purscelley Consulting Services, a small consulting firm servicing Missouri, Oklahoma, and Kansas, where she specialized in Practice Management with an emphasis in credentialing, managed care negotiation, billing and coding compliance and responding to RACs (Reimbursement Audit Contractors).
Jan loves to travel and enjoys learning and teaching new technology.

The mailing address will be on the invoice. Make your check payable to KnowledgeConnex and include the confirmation/order number with the check. Checks that do not reference the confirmation number will be returned to you and will not be applied to the registration.
