Sponsor Opportunities Become a Sponsor Sponsor Rules & Regulations

Cancellations

Sponsorship cancellations must be submitted in writing to txhima@txhima.org, no cancellations will be taken by phone. Cancellations are effective on the date written notification is received by TxHIMA. A fifty percent (50%) refund will be given for cancellations received on or before May 11, 2025. Sponsors canceling after May 11, 2025, will be responsible for payment in full and may jeopardize the right to sponsor at future conferences.

Sponsors/Exhibitors who do not attend the event and/or do not contact TxHIMA via written correspondence during the cancellation window will be responsible for the full sponsorship fee.
