Each member of AHIMA’s House of Delegates is required to participate in one of six HOD Teams. Each team meets 6 times during the year via 5 conference calls and one face-to-face meeting at the national convention.

Currently based on the state’s number of members, TxHIMA is allowed 5 delegates in AHIMA’s House of Delegates. Each delegate from TxHIMA is a member of TxHIMA Board of Directors.
