TxHIMA is accepting items for the Annual Convention Silent Auction to be held during the Convention at the Hyatt Regency Dallas, June 28 – 30, 2009. Proceeds from this auction will benefit the student scholarship fund.

Exhibitors with items for the Silent Auction should deliver to the Silent Auction Coordinator inside the Exhibit Hall during set-up. Attendees and others with items for the Silent Auction should bring their items to the TxHIMA registration area.

TxHIMA will make efforts to protect all items form damage or theft onsite, but will not be responsible for loss from either.

Winners will need to pick up their item immediately following the announcement of successful bids and will be responsible for any packing and shipping required for the item. Information on local packing & shipping will be available from the hotel.

Silent Auction Contributions are not tax deductible.
