items for the Annual Silent Auction to be held during the Convention
at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center, June
22 – 24, 2008. Proceeds from this auction will benefit the student
scholarship fund.

Items being shipped
to TxHIMA for the Silent Auction can only be received until June 1,
2008 at the addresses below. Please contact TxHIMA at 512/392-4716
or
txhima@txhima.org for additional shipping questions.

After June 1, 2008
please bring your item to the convention and deliver to the Silent
Auction Coordinator on site on June 22, 2008.

Exhibitors with items for
the Silent Auction should deliver to the Silent Auction Coordinator
inside the Exhibit Hall during set-up starting at 1:00 p.m. on June
21.
- Attendees and others with
items for the Silent Auction should bring their item to the courtesy desk during registration
hours beginning Sunday, June 22nd at 7:00 am.

TxHIMA will make efforts to protect all items from damage or theft
onsite, but will not be responsible for loss from either.

Winners will need to pick
up their item immediately following the announcement of successful
bids (non tax deductible) and will be responsible for any packing
and shipping required for the item. Information on local packing &
shipping will be available.
