In return for sponsorship of the above event(s), TxHIMA invites a representative
to be present to provide brochures, literature or other materials to be
distributed during or following the event and/or for Q & A where applicable.

details and further instructions). The SPONSOR’s name will be used in the TxHIMA
Program Book advertising the event, if time permits, and will be printed on the
agenda or other handouts distributed at the function. The SPONSOR will be
thanked publicly during the daily announcements. The SPONSOR will also be give
additional consideration during booth selections process. |

VII.
Liability Disclaimer |
|
Exhibitor shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to property
owned by the Embassy Suites Hotel, Spa, and Conference Center, San Marcos, TX its owners or managers which
results from any act of omission of Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees to defend,
indemnify and hold harmless, the Hyatt Regency Dallas, its owners, managers,
officers or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates, from any
damages or charges resulting from Exhibitor’s use of the property. Exhibitor’s
liability shall include all losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from or
out of or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any
person or persons, including the Exhibitor, its agents, employees, and business
invitees which arise from or out of Exhibitor’s occupancy and use of the
exhibition premises or any part thereof. |
