TxHIMA Event Cancellation & Substitution Policies

Cancellations

A full refund will be given for written requests received on or before CANCELLATION DEADLINE [see below per event]. No refunds will be granted after this date. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant to txhima@txhima.org. No cancellations will be taken by phone. 

Registrants who do not attend the event and/or do not contact TxHIMA via written correspondence during the set window as directed above will be responsible for the full attendee registration fee.

 

Substitutions

Substitute attendees may be named prior to the SUBSTITUTION DEADLINE [see below per event] or during on-site registration. Notification of substitution must be submitted in writing from the original registrant to txhima@txhima.org. No substitutions will be taken by phone.

 

Dates and Deadlines

Annual Conference
Event date: June 24-26, 2018
Cancellation deadline: June 3, 2018
Substitution deadline: June 18, 2018

A $25.00 cancellation fee will be retained by TxHIMA for all annual conference cancellations.

Webinars
Cancellations must be received in writing before 10 days prior to the event. you may email txhima@txhima.org. The entire registration fee will be retained by TxHIMA for cancellations received after the cancellation date.
